The first memory i have of interacting with a peice of Sherlock Holmes media was a old radio show that i used to listen to with my papa. My grandpa was a trucker before the podcasting era and so when he drove he listened to radio shows. When he was off work and driving me around he would turn on those same radio shows. One day when i was maybe 7 or 8 years old he turned on a show i'd never heard him play before. He explained that it was a man reading the Sherlock Holmes stories over the radio. I listened intently to the radio show and was very intriqued by the story. A few weeks later i saw a childrens book version of the stories of Sherlock Holmes in my public school library. I checked it out and so began my love of Sherlock Holmes. I wasn't introduced to Johnlock until around 2019 when i began to watch Sherlock BBC for the first time. I immediately loved the ship and became an even more avid Sherlock fan. All of this leads us to today and my decision to create this page! All of my shrines are truly a labor of love but this one in particular certainly is!
